	*Maryland - 600 feet* All of the major roadways are underwater excluding Interstate 68 through Cumberland. Hagerstown, Frederick, Gaithersburg and Rockville are now underwater. East of the Hancock strip there are only 2 peninsulas above water including Westminster and the Cunningham Falls State Park region.
