	*North Carolina - 600 feet* Water surges farther to the west. Roxboro, Silver City, Monroe and Albemarle are along the shoreline. Troy and most of the Uwharrie National Forest are forming a large peninsula and the area just to the west of Seven Lakes has formed a small island. An inlet south of Troy is threatening to inundate Concord and Charlotte.
