Over 50% of Oregon is now underwater. Mount Hood is a small island. All major cities and roadways are now underwater. Large portions of Wallowa, Umatilla, Ochoco, Malheur, Williamette and Fremont National Forests are above water along with the Upper Klamath Lakes area.
