Wyoming - 6,000 feet
The North Platte River has now converged with Powder and Cheyenne and made its way up to the state capital of Cheyenne and flooding the city of Casper. These three rivers have flooded the eastern half of the state up to Interstate 25. The Bighorn River has just breached the Boysen Reservoir and created a lake containing the areas of Riverton, Lander, Fort Washakle, Pavillion and Shoshoni. North of the reservoir, it has farther flooded its banks and now inundated the areas of Ten Sheep and Cody.
