Illinois - Current Level to 150 feet
Being far enough away from the Atlantic Ocean, Illinois is much less susceptible to tidal surges or massive flooding. If there was a slow sea level rise that made its way up the Ohio River, Illinois would start to be affected at about 280 feet of sea level rise. If Canada experiences a tidal surge large enough from the Atlantic or again, if there was a slow sea level rise, the Great Lakes would be severely impacting the state around the 700 foot mark.
