Lake Erie and the Atlantic would now be connected through the center of the state along Interstate 80. Only the mountain regions through central Pennsylvania would be above water and would form a series of islands. Portions of the Delaware State Forest would also be forming two islands to the east.

NOTE: The highest tsunami recorded was 1720 feet in Lituya Bay, Alaska.
