West Virginia - 1800 feet
The highest tsunami recorded was 1720 feet in Lituya Bay, Alaska. Over half of the state is now underwater. The coastal waters are still creeping into the state from the east but slowly. The major flooding will be coming from Lake Erie. This has now engulfed everything to the west of Interstate 79 and to the east 10-20 miles. This leaves one large land strip through the center of the state, mainly the Monongahela National Forest.

NOTE: The highest tsunami recorded was 1720 feet in Lituya Bay, Alaska.
