Washington - 1200 feet
Rivers are now forming on the western portions of Mt. Baker National Forest, North Cascades National Park and Ross Lake National Rec. Area. The Olympic National Forest is getting increasingly smaller. The town of Neilton on this island is now underwater. In south central Washington, the Columbia River is now spreading up tributaries to the north reaching Moses Lake and up past Lake Chelan into the areas of Omak and Riverside. The cities of Richland, Kennewick and Yakima have been inundated. Lake Sacajawea along the Snake River has been breached and flooding continues along the Snake through to the eastern state border.
