South Dakota - 1200 feet
At 1200 feet, only slight rover flooding is occurring. This is primarily in the northeastern and southeastern corners of the state. In the southeastern corner, Elk Point is underwater and in the northeastern corner, water is getting close to the Sisseton, Wilmot and Milbank areas.
