California - 600 feet
Along the coastline, the sea level rise is creating inlets which are inundating areas such as Rio Dell, Blue Lake, Cloverdale, Walnut Creek, Gilroy, Hollister, Santa Maria, Vista, San Diego, Chula Vista and most of Los Angeles. In the San Joaquin Valley, water levels have increased the flooded area to 40-60 miles wide and from Redding (north) to Arvin (south). Major cities flooded include Bakersfield, Porterville, Pittsburg and Antioch.
