Inlets are now reaching into the national forests along the coast leaving most coastal cities underwater. Some of these include Riverside, San Luis Obispo and San Marcos. The breach into the San Joaquin Valley is spreading out and now covers from Interstate 505 to Interstate 580. Reaching the Sierra Nevada’s now, the water spread has slowed in this area.
